Maitreyi Ramakrishnan Styled a Shirtdress With Pom-Pom Heels For Kate Spade

To officially kick off Fashion Week and the brand's 30th anniversary, Kate Spade presented its spring 2023 collection at a light-filled venue with sweeping views of New York City. Among the fashionable guests in attendance, Canadian actress Maitreyi Ramakrishnan stood out in an ensemble boasting one of the brand's newest prints.

Dressed in head-to-toe Kate Spade, the "Never Have I Ever" star arrived in a blue knee-length shirtdress with a relaxed collar, balloon sleeves, and a subtle front knot. She completed the look with the small Sam Icon leather tote, a boxy, archival silhouette the brand has revived in new colorways. Ramakrishnan added her own flair to the accessory, wrapping a colorful printed silk scarf around the straps. While she wore it in white, the bag also comes in eye-catching shades of pink, green, and orange. To finish, the 20-year-old star dialed up the elegance with dangling earrings and added a sense of playfulness with a pair of yellow pom-pom sandals.

Ramakrishnan was joined by Regina Hall, who also sported the same bag. The "Girls Trip" star looked undeniably chic in look 20 of the collection, which combined vertical and horizontal stripes. She styled a knee-length pink-and-white tulip skirt with a black-and-white poplin shirt, which she left unbuttoned. The top featured balloon sleeves that added dimension to the look, similar to the hem of her skirt. Finishing accessories also included hot-pink heeled sandals with a row of flowers lining the band.

Other looks in the collection ranged from saturated floral sets and dresses to vibrant separates imprinted with attention-grabbing motifs. As always, quirky accessories were also part of the mix, from bucket hats to satchels with 3D-printed flowers.
