It's official — Peacock has greenlit "Bel-Air" for a third season. On March 17, the streamer announced the renewal on Twitter with a video featuring photos of the cast celebrating the exciting news. "We're halfway through the season and decided why not bless the fans with some more good news?" the tweet read. "#BelAirPeacock is coming back for another season! Don't call it a comeback cuz the kings (and queens) never left! 👑 Stream #BelAirPeacock Season 2 now, only on @Peacock."

"Bel-Air" is currently airing its second season, with its finale set to debut on April 27. Similar to the original show starring Will Smith, "Bel-Air" centers around a teenager named Will (Jabari Banks), who moves from West Philadelphia to live with his aunt Vivian (Cassandra Freeman) and uncle Phil (Adrian Holmes) in the affluent Los Angeles neighborhood. The cast also includes Coco Jones as Hilary Banks; Olly Sholotan as Carlton Banks; Akira Akbar as Ashley Banks; Jimmy Akingbola as Geoffrey; Simone Joy Jones as Lisa Wilkes; and Jordan L. Jones as Jazz.

Banks celebrated the renewal news on his Instagram as well, writing in part, "Working on BelAir for the past two years of my life has been an amazing, life changing opportunity. I've learned so much about myself, and I can't thank you all enough for your continued support! Bringing this story back to life was no easy task, but through love anything is possible. We have poured so much love into this project. We've poured so much of ourselves into this project. Seriously, I'm so excited for season 3 guys!! 👀👀👀."

We've seen a handful of celebrity appearances these past two seasons of "Bel-Air," from Saweetie and Marlon Wayans to Michael Ealy, so there's no telling who is coming on board for the third installment. At the moment, however, no other details regarding the new season have been released.
