Olivia Culpo is always making moves. The former Miss Universe has been nonstop since winning her crown in 2012. Since then, she's opened a restaurant, become a prominent influencer with millions of fans, acted in a few movies, modeled, done a lot of charity work, and even starred in the reality show "The Culpo Sisters" — and now she's heading to Las Vegas for the 2024 Super Bowl.

Culpo has been on the road supporting her fiancé, San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, throughout the season, flying across the country to cheer the team on. At this point she's become an expert at keeping her skin healthy despite the constant traveling, and she lets us in on her top tip: "Drink so much water — more than you ever thought was needed," she tells POPSUGAR. "Flying is so dehydrating, so it's really important to counteract the dehydration with water and electrolytes." To double up, she swears by Body Armor Sports Drinks, which are packed with antioxidants and potassium-fueled electrolytes.

Other skin-care secrets are red-light therapy masks and Bioré's pore strips ($8), which she even uses with her future mother-in-law, Lisa McCaffrey. Culpo says they spent a lot of time together during the pandemic as they ended up quarantining together most of 2020, and they grew very close.

"Lisa has all sons, so we really bonded," she says. "We love spending time together doing the girliest activities like shopping, manicures, and skin care." In fact, her MIL even starred alongside Culpo on a campaign for Bioré, in which their genuine friendship is palpable. (Christian does not partake in the pore-strip game, but Culpo says she has influenced him to consistently use sunscreen.)

Leading up to Super Bowl Sunday, Culpo says she's focused on staying as supportive as possible of her fiancé. When asked if she's doing anything in particular — be it by meditating together or playing with their toy goldendoodle, Oliver Sprinkles — she shares it ties back to one of her hobbies, one that many picked up during the pandemic. "I have really gotten into making my own sourdough bread, so I guess baking." (She loves it so much, she even has a Highlights reel dedicated to it on her Instagram page.)

The model says she hasn't really given much thought to her Super Bowl outfit. Previously, she's played around with her style, doing everything from shorts and a tee to a custom design by Kristin Juszczyk (who has also created sideline looks for Taylor Swift), wife of 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk. "I actually have no idea what I'm going to wear," she says. "Possibly baggy denim with a pump or a black full-length bodysuit. I always have my TikTok [followers] decide for me — they help so much."

Culpo and McCaffrey's family will be cheering for the 49ers from a suite the model purchased for her fiancé's mother as a gift after she had gone on the podcast "Your Mom" and said she couldn't afford it — another nod to Culpo's tight bond with the family. "I'm just so proud of Christian. He works so hard and is incredibly dedicated to his passions on and off the field," she says. "Being able to witness his hard work pay off is such a joy."

The San Francisco 49ers will face the Kansas City Chiefs in the 58th Super Bowl on Sunday, Feb. 11, at 6:30 p.m. ET.
