Through Feb. 10, save on eco-oriented bed and bath products, from dressers and bed frames made from reclaimed lumber to bamboo towels. Generally I'm not a fan of oceanic/nautical-themed décor — and definitely not themed rooms — but there's something about this Handmade Crab Pillow ($52) that I'm really finding charming. I suppose if you're going to have critters "roaming" around your house, they might as well be stuffed! Yea or nay?
Studies show that keeping a television in the bedroom isn't healthy. For couples, a television in the bedroom can cut their sex life in half. Teenagers with TVs in their bedrooms participate in less physical activity, fewer social engagements, and often have lower grades, according to the journal Pediatrics.
Despite these findings, televisions are a popular feature in many bedrooms. Some couples find that their differing tastes in television shows often make a second TV a welcome way to avoid fighting over the remote (especially on Super Bowl weekend). Some couples also enjoy relaxing with a favorite show or movie before falling asleep.
Do you have a television in your bedroom? How do you feel about televisions in bedrooms? Tell me all of the reasons for keeping the television in your bedroom, and why you think it works in the space. Or, if you're not a fan of having a TV in the bedroom, tell me your reasons for that as well!

Show off all of your home views, both interior and exterior, in my group Su Casa, where readers can share snapshots and stories related to home decorating, crafts, organizing, and gardening. A Su Casa post could be anything from a photo of a loved one's home to a tiny nook you're tickled by. Think of it as a look book for home style. If I see something I like in Su Casa, I might ask you if I can feature it on CasaSugar.
