Jessica Simpson smiled brightly, showing off her legs in daisy dukes and cowboy boots while performing in Madison, Wisconsin on Saturday night. She sported the same t-shirt earlier in the week when she had some trouble forgetting the lyrics and crying on stage during a show — check out the newest video of that after the jump. Barack Obama is now expected to win the Democratic primary in Wisconsin. The vote is currently still close, and Hillary Clinton stands to receive proportionate delegates, but Obama has won. John McCain will also walk away with the Republican delegate prize in Wisconsin.

When it comes to eating enough veggies and fruits, Americans are failing miserably. The CDC estimates that only 14 percent of adults and fewer than 10 percent of teenagers in the US eat three servings of vegetables and two servings of fruit on a daily basis.
And you know, five servings of fruit and veggies is the minimum suggestion.

In the popular imagination, cheerleaders wear tiny outfits while dancing, cheering, and serving as eye candy on the sidelines for male athletes.
But in an interesting Wall Street Journal article on cheerleading that traces its history and changes, it's acknowledged that although that "earthbound" kind of cheerleading can still be seen at NFL games, an emerging (and potentially dangerous) kind of cheerleading called "stunt cheerleading" is increasing the number of cheerleading injuries.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the number of injuries from cheerleading accidents has more
than quadrupled in 25 years.

In a bizarre case, another adult has posed as a minor to enroll in school. Career criminal Wendy Brown, 33, stole her fifteen-year-old daughter's identity to enroll in Ashwaubenon High School and join the cheerleading team, but her past caught up with her before she could make the second day of classes. When members of the squad questioned her about looking older, she attributed it to sun damage.

Johnny Depp has been hard at work on Public Enemies in Chicago but this weekend the movie star looked hot on his way for a weekend in LA. Although he'll be playing mob boss John Dillinger, in real life Johnny is one of the nicest guys around. He has repeatedly met with fans after long days of work and recently Johnny even sent his hat from the film to a twelve-year-old boy after promising to do so when he visited the set.
