Mama's favorite lil piece of technology may soon become junior's, too. After seeing their parents use iPhones for everything from tracking nursing schedules to seeking out clean toilets, it's no wonder that lil ones want to get their hands on them. And now that toy giant Fisher Price has created three iPhone apps featuring some of the company's most iconic characters — Chatter Telephone, See ‘n Say, and Little People — it will be hard for mom to say no.

We live in a connected world. It seems like every member of the family has some tie to technology, even the wee ones. Here are some signs:
Your fetus has a domain name.
You choreograph her labor and delivery to an iPod playlist.
Your tot's favorite toy is the DVR remote.
A childhood milestone is becoming part of the mobile "family plan."
Your youngster throws "screen time" tantrums.
Your daughter tells you about her day via Facebook and instant messenger.
You text your husband reminders throughout the day.
You vent to your mom friends on Twitter.
Your babe bobs his head to the beat of your iPhone ring.
You kiddos think all phones have cameras.
Your tot doesn't have an imaginary friend, but a virtual one.
Your son goes to baseball practice on the Wii.
The kids ask Santa for wireless.
Your tweens have Kindles instead of library cards.
Your children love to sit down and get nostalgic scrolling through their baby blog.

Can you imagine neglecting your own child in favor of a virtual one? A South Korean couple did exactly that, and their 3-month-old daughter died of malnutrition. The dad, 41, and mom, 25, both unemployed and depressed, spent long periods of time at an Internet cafe preoccupied with their online child and only fed their human preemie once a day.

If Tiger Woods had a time machine, he might go back and install this app. Though it's not actually named for the adultering golfer, TigerText is another reason why cheating partners and spouses might have a newfound friend in the iPhone.
While other iPhone apps, like iTrust help to safeguard against nosy partners, TigerText goes one step further to ensure that even if your partner's snooping around they likely won't find anything.

As the iPad taught us, menstruation and technology are two peas in an iPod.
So it only makes sense that there is an iPhone app from the makers of PMSBuddy, the service that has the single goal to "keep you aware of when your wife, girlfriend, mother, sister, daughter, or any other women in your life are closing in on "that time of the month" — when things can get intense."
When someone asks me, "Is it that time of the month?"

Chatroulette, the rotating chat room that wheels out a new person to talk to or stare at with just one click, doesn't seem to be going away.
Why would it? It's like a computer screen into the most sad and awful and weird aspects of humanity.
