How precious are these pups?! Coming in such lovely fragrances as Italian Bergamot, Wildflower, and Fig – like these labs – to a sweet Lily, Mimosa, and Violet Chihuahua, the soaps are nestled in lovely packaging to protect their doggie shapes. The Gianna Rose Atelier designs would make a sweet housewarming gift for an animal lover – not to be used on a pet, of course.

There's a little olive tree in my mom's backyard; the harvest isn't huge, but it allows her to create her own style of pickled olives and oils. If her olive harvest has you feeling jealous, then listen up and adopt your own olive tree. For £65 (~$130), the Nudo olive grove in Le Marche, Italy, lets folks "adopt" a tree for a year.

Pink isn't necessarily always my decorating go-to color, but since it is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I'm all for it. I'm tickled pink even more so if the sale of the products benefits breast cancer research. So, when I spotted these beautiful Pink Ribbon Soaps from Gianna Rose Atelier, I knew I had to share.

Every girl knows that soothing baths are the bomb, and no brand understands this better than Lush. I first fell head over heels for Lush on a trip through London's Covent Garden almost ten years ago. As anyone who has visited one of their retail stores (located in more than 27 countries) can attest, Lush's counters of fresh, handmade cosmetics bear more resemblance to farmer's markets than makeup stores.

It's hard to believe that Fight Club hit movie screens 10 years ago, but, well, time flies. In a tribute to one of the grossest parts of the plot, Etsy seller SerendipityEight is offering soaps inspired by the movie. Available in Bay Rum and Cool Water scents, they're a convincing knockoff of the soap that Brad Pitt holds on the movie poster.

We've seen some pretty innovative repurposing of plastic bottles lately, like that self-watering vase and Michelle Brand's ethereal lights, room dividers, and light shades made from the bottoms of soda bottles. But, what's so wrong with reusing them for their original purpose — storing liquids? Absolutely nothing.

Eastenders was the big winner at the Inside Soap Awards last night, taking home seven of the gongs including Best Soap! Lacey Turner won the Best Actress award for the third year in a row, while the soap also took the Best Bitch and Best Bad Boy awards for Charlie Brooks and Larry Lamb, whose award was presented by his son George. Coronation Street also did very well, taking home five awards including Sexiest Female for Michelle Keegan and Best Young Actor for little Alex Bain!

We all know that washing our hands is an important part of staying healthy on a daily basis. Many of us scrub with antibacterial soaps assuming that they are better at killing our microbial enemies, but those antibacterial soaps are no better than regular soap at killing germs. New research shows that soaps containing the active ingredient triclosan at concentrations commonly seen in antibacterial products sold to the public are no better at killing bacteria than regular soap.
