While thick, marbleized chunks of grilled beef tenderloin may be a dish dad has had a million times, the accompaniment — a creamy corn and bacon relish — is an innovative and unexpected surprise. To add depth of flavor, the corn is grilled before being tossed with the remaining relish ingredients. You can cook the relish in a saute pan over the coals like the recipe does, or if you prefer, throw things together in the comfort of your kitchen.

If you've yet to tire of its print, you can welcome the Marimekko Unikko Tray ($29, reduced from $42) into your home for a Spring garden party, or even just breakfast in bed. I'm envisioning it serving up some fresh lemonade and cucumber sandwiches, perhaps? It would also make an eye-catching catch-all for your foyer landing strip/console, if you have one, or a perky inbox for your organized desk.

Condiments are so much more than ketchup and mustard.
By definition, a condiment is "a substance applied to food in the form of a sauce, powder, spread, or similar, to enhance or improve the flavor. Condiments are typically smeared with knives, squirted, or spooned onto other foods."

There are several ways to introduce picky eaters to the taste of fish. Choosing a mild, non-fishy fish is one option, while mixing the fish into a tasty potato cake is another. For tonight's main dish, cod is combined with mashed potatoes, dill, and spices to make a delicious cake that is far from fishy.

So, how actually do people who work out through the Winter do it? An article from The New York Times reveals exactly that — and how some people manage to get up "the high activation energy" required to stay committed to fitness during the bitter Winter months.

Oscar and Golden Globe-winning actress, producer, and vocalist are just a few things Nicole Kidman can rattle off from her long list of accomplishments. But the role the gorgeous red head relishes most is being a mother and wife in her new hometown of Nashville. As country crooner Keith Urban's partner, she is happy to sit back for a bit and let the spotlight shine brightly on him while she spends the majority of her time raising their young daughter, Sunday.

It wouldn't be season six of So You Think You Can Dance without an episode stretching things out a liiiittle longer before the competition, but Monday night's special, the one-off "Meet the Top 20," was actually a fun respite between auditions and competition. We were treated to an evening of the dancers performing in their own style, with no voting or judging taking place yet (that'll happen tonight, in the two-hour competition and voting blitz).
But just because no official voting began doesn't mean that we viewers weren't judging ourselves — I relished the opportunity to see everyone in their own style of dancing, because it's a level playing field.
