Her fabulous results prove that even the most dull room can be transformed into a gorgeous, glamorous space with a little imagination and a lot of hard work. While a baby could be raised with minimal items, it certainly makes life easier and more fun to purchase a few basics like a crib, a rocking chair and a dresser. Some suspicious moms-to-be won't buy a thing until the baby arrives while others deck their nurseries out when they cross the 12-week mark.
Kourtney Kardashian just announced her baby news last week and has already been spotted at a baby goods store with the daddy-to-be, Scott Disick.

Moms who like to stick with old-school decor can find inspiration in needlework pillows, lampshades, and wall hangings. Look to family heirlooms to provide timeless artwork; frame embroidered handkerchiefs and turn antique needlepoints into pillows.
