You might have thought the World Series game between New York and Philadelphia the other night was huge. Well, Jason Jones and John Oliver from The Daily Show are here to prove that the real competition was between the fans — battling it out for the title of American sports' douchiest fans. It was a really hard one to judge, as you will see.

Electronic House recently toured the home of New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning and his wife Abby in Hoboken, NJ (although he's actually a New Orleans boy), which is decked to the nines in the latest technologies. Although the condo is decidedly high-tech, it's also quite understated, traditional, and sophisticated. To see for yourself, check out this slideshow.

Are you ready for some football?! I'm kicking off some kickin' Super Bowl coverage with items to get your pets geared up for the game. Although football isn't my fave, as native New Yorkers, North and I are cheering for the Giants come Sunday.

To commemorate the 75th anniversary of its celebrated chicken noodle soup, food company Campbell's has really used its noodle. Yesterday, the 140-year-old company launched a bold campaign called "Slurp" to get consumers to think about its staid soup in a new way.
To promote the fact that there are 32 feet of egg noodles in every can of its chicken noodle soup, the corporation partnered with ad agency BBDO New York and Traction Creative.

The stars of Gossip Girl were busy filming in New York earlier this week. Blake Lively and Leighton Meester were on set working their characters style. Blake/Serena stayed true to her rock chick style with skinny jeans, a leather jacket and knee high boots, but it's her bag which caught my eye.

Having spent some serious time in New York, Chicago, and San Francisco, I've had my share of love affairs with all kinds of pizza, from the giant, thin pies at Grimaldi's in Brooklyn to the sausage-stuffed deep dish at Giordano's to the organic, local ingredient-laden, egg-topped variety at Alice Waters's Chez Panisse. But if I had to choose, my favorite type of pie would be the one made in the ethereal Neapolitan style. It has a crisp, ever-so-slightly charred exterior and a chewy but light interior.

If you saw Part I of this slideshow (The Loft Suite), you know I was recently invited to tour the new Ace Hotel in New York. I've always been a fan of the boutique hotel chain's vintage industrial aesthetic, but I particularly loved the prep school/university library feel of Ace NY's lobby. Tall ceilings, original floor tiling, old wooden tables, giant columns, cozy, quiet seating, and a well-bound collection of dusty books made me feel like I'd stepped into a scene from School Ties — although Matt Damon was nowhere to be found.
