In this guest bedroom, the blue accent wall is perfectly offset by the two shelves of milk glass. Milk glass was a hot trend last year, but I think it has a lot of staying power. Are you decorating with milk glass?

Hi Casa,
I am loving this chandelier! It's the Martha Stewart Veneto Collection Five-Light Chandelier ($699). It would be perfect for our dining room, which is currently undergoing a major renovation, but the hefty price tag totally breaks our budget.

You may not know this but Etsy, the online marketplace for handmade goods, also sells vintage items. When they first introduced vintage, I whined a little, saddened that it would no longer be 100 percent handmade. But, when I come across vintage items like this Dessert Please Cake Plate ($65), everything is okay in the world.

For once, PBteen offers a product in something other than pastel pink, blue, and green. Although I probably wouldn't go with the orange PBteen Milk Glass Lamp Base ($59) (doesn't match), it's a nice change. PBteen, I salute you for branching out.

I must admit I'm not big on special fitness drinks, especially recovery drinks. They're often full of extra calories, and I usually opt for water since most exercise physiologists believe you don't need to worry about replacing electrolytes, carbs, and protein unless you have been working out and sweating for more than an hour. I often think a lot of these drinks have added coloring and chemicals, so when I saw Code Blue marketed as an all natural post-workout drink I was curious to try it.

As a follow–up to Porn for Women, the Cambridge Women's Pornography Cooperative has gifted us with another stellar publication, Porn for New Moms ($10).

I think that yogurt should be part of any healthy diet, on the daily. It's great with fresh fruit and granola, contains all the good kind of bacteria we need, and is an excellent source of calcium and protein. Eating yogurt every day can be costly, so I was really excited to discover how easy it is to make at home.

It's time to get your drink on. From 2 percent milk to sauvignon blanc, the bottles we've been hitting may have inspired a few too many chocolate-chip-cookie binges and late-night dance parties. But milk bottles and wine glasses are also the source of inspiration for a range of light fixtures for your home.

Chia seeds are in fact used to grow Chia pets, but these little brown seeds are also an excellent source of omega-3s. If you're worried about getting enough of this valuable nutrient, then check out this new cereal called Chia Goodness.
This gluten-free cereal contains more calcium than a glass of milk, more omega-3s than flaxseeds, and is a great source of fiber.

When monthly moodiness strikes, I fight back with baking. Having fought the symptoms of PMS in the past by making a batch of banana muffins, I went to the kitchen to see if I could bake a cookie to ease my symptoms. I created a pretty healthy oatmeal cookie that you can eat relatively guilt-free when the craving strikes.
