I'm a huge fan of the eco-tastic stuff sacks from Molly Mutt: Instead of shelling out for a cushion, especially with pets prone to potty accidents, these are filled with old towels, clothing, or whatever to take the place of the pillow. In addition to the new round designs (that I introduced in October), the company just launched

One of the frustrating things about some eco-friendly products is the often-high price. Yes, we'd all love to go green, but it's difficult to pay $20 for body lotion when Curel can be had for a small fraction of that cost.
Enter Seed, a new line of natural body care that's free of parabens, preservatives, phthalates, artificial colors, and animal ingredients.

I'm a sucker for Valentine's Day, mostly because I'll take any excuse you throw at me to eat chocolate. Heck, even my doctor says I should incorporate a little bit of dark chocolate into my diet — it can soothe a cough, increase blood flow, and lower blood pressure. When the Vancouver Games commence next Friday, Coca-Cola is aiming for its own gold medal of sorts: its first zero-waste, carbon-neutral Olympics sponsorship. The beverage giant hopes to take sustainable event planning to a new level with drink bottles made from 30 percent plant-based materials, delivered by hybrid cars and electric carts to cafés decked out in furniture that's made from pine-beetle-salvaged wood.
Staff uniforms and welcome bags will be made out of recycled bottles, coolers will be equipped with clean technology, and the company is purchasing carbon offsets to compensate for air travel and on-site transportation.

There are many fashion layers to the fabulous Emma Watson. Of course, we love her as the face of Burberry, but we also enjoy seeing her eco-conscious side. Since we first announced her collaboration with organic line People Tree, we couldn't wait to see what the British beauty would come up with.
