Desire/Acquire: Rubie Green Tillinghast Fabric

Don't get me wrong: I absolutely adore Rubie Green textiles. But the label's stylish and eco-conscious fabrics are not exactly wallet-conscious. This cheerful, Chippendale-esque Tillinghast fabric goes for $90 a yard. It's true, there are fabrics much more expensive. But this price tag adds up when you're ordering drapes for every window in your living room, or covering the whole canvas of a chair, and then you pay your upholsterer. Luckily, I know one fabric with a similar sunny yellow trellis pattern to save you some dimes. Want to see it?

Chippendales promoted its show on top of Edinburgh, Scotland's Calton Hill earlier today. The act has returned to the UK for the first time in over five years and will be performing at the 62nd annual Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The festival includes more than 2,000 shows ranging from classic theater to anarchic new writing, stand-up comedy, musical acts, puppetry and . . . Chippendales.

George Gets Into London's Christmas Spirit

George Clooney was certainly full of festive spirit as he stepped out in London last night on a tour of the capital's finest bars with friends. He started off at Nobu where the gorgeous Matt Damon and Olivier Martinez were also dining out, and then went on to a couple of bars where his facial expressions and gestures became rather more enhanced! His old buddy Brad Pitt has been giving Ellen DeGeneres tips for getting George to appear on her show, his advice? "Get a bunch of Chippendales. He's yours. Three, four – no less than three. Make one a blonde." So there you have it - the key to tempting George Clooney? Get him some male strippers, and he's yours!

But wait. I haven't even gotten to the best part yet. They're stripping to Simply Red's "If You Don't Know Me By Now." C'mon, dudes. You call that stripping? Touching your long, flowing locks? Caressing your ripped abs? If women strippers took off that little they'd be booed off the stage! I want to know what's underneath those high-waisted, acid washed jeans! (Well, not really.) I guess when your audience is made up of cute little aunties and grandmas, it makes sense. Cheese factor: 10.

Better Than Chippendale's

Sweaty men dressed as construction workers struttin' and dancin' to hot beats? Yeah, baby! Seriously, though, these guys are fun. They're doing percussive dancing in a show that originated in Newcastle, New South Wales called "Tap Dogs." It's like that scene in Big when Tom Hanks dances on the keyboard at Toys R Us, only more sophisticated.

Katie and Peter Plan Custody Conversation

Katie Price and Peter Andre have apparently agreed to meet in the UK on Thursday to discuss joint custody of their children. They made the arrangements during a phone call yesterday, during which Peter turned down Kate's offer to meet him in Cyprus. Peter is furious that Kate is allegedly demanding £150,000 for photographs of her and the children in the Maldives. Another set of photos could get Kate in big trouble, as sunbathing topless is illegal and could lead to a prison sentence.

In more bad news for Kate, the most recent reject from The Apprentice Mona Lewis claims Kate told her she was in love with another man during a drunken night in Brighton in March. The other man is thought to be horse instructor Andrew Gould, and his wife unsurprisingly regrets meeting Kate.

CCTV footage shows Kate kissing a barman in Bristol during the night out that caused Pete to call time on their relationship. She's also been criticised by her ex, Gladiator Ace, who said she loved humiliating him. While all the rumours circulate, Kate's kept quiet other than updating her Twitter account, saying: "im still keeping a dignified silence i have made no comments they are made up im heartbroken i never wanted any of this we all miss pete".

While the situation seems to be getting worse for Kate, reports suggest Peter's career is already benefitting from the publicity. Apparently, two major record labels are in a £1.5million bidding war for Peter's comeback album, and the singer has been asked to be the face of three leading brands, including a sportswear firm, because he's the "ultimate family man". He is also due to open the Chippendales show Here Come The Boys at the O2 next Thursday.

It sounds like this breakup is only going to get more and more complicated.
