Chandelier Creative is a three-year-old, full-service creative agency based in New York City with a focus on fashion, beauty, retail, travel, and luxury lifestyle brands. Among Chandelier's clients are Coca Cola, Four Seasons, Parfums Givenchy, Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Old Navy, Nanette Lepore, and W Hotels. Though the agency's client list is certainly an impressive one, you know me: I find myself more taken with the interior design of its SoHo penthouse, designed by agency owner, Richard Christiansen.

When it comes to workplace drama, Mad Men has it all: high-stakes accounts, employees fighting for promotions and power, interoffice affairs, drinking on the job, and professional talent clouded by shenanigans, secrecy, and even sexual harassment. Whenever I watch the show I am both captivated by the saucy situations and characters and thankful for how far we have come as professionals since the 1960s.
The plotlines that evolve within the powerful Sterling Cooper agency and its smart but unruly ad men and women are dramatized for our viewing pleasure, but it is true that office culture has changed substantially in the last 40 years.

A number of boutique companies have begun offering a vegetable garden as an added perk for their employees. A garden requires virtually no resources, yet it can bring in huge benefits for the company, such as an increase in office morale, a pronounced focus on worker health and wellness, and an edge over other competitors.
Minneapolis, MN-based branding agency Haberman invested $10,000 to set up a garden for its 30 employees.

Ah, a day in the life of a hand model. It's all about no cooking, no cleaning, or performing excessive actions in an effort to protect the hands. Or, in certain cases, it's all about standing in when the actress's hands aren't available.

I've completely fallen in love with British artist Julene Harrison's papercut artwork — which you may recognize from my Love Your City? Say It With Art slideshow. From one sheet of paper, she cuts these ornate frames with stunning typography and intricate imagery inside them.
