It's always interesting to see how the other side lives but, in many cases, the celebrity homes you see are underwhelming, cookie-cutter LA mansions. As for this restored Revolutionary War Georgian colonial recently listed by Daryl Hall of Hall & Oates, I'd consider it a coveted crib even if one half of history's most successful music duos didn't sleep in it. Beyond its good looks, there's much more of a story behind these digs than the "unparalleled views" and "updated appliances" of those California cribs.The Dutchess County, NY, property, known as Flint Hill, is actually two museum-quality homes that once belonged to Revolutionary War captains, and have since been joined through a beamed living area with a fireplace.

Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Prevalence
About 25% of women age 14 - 59 are infected with the human papilloma virus (HPV), indicates a 2007 study in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). HPV prevalence is highest (45%) among women age 20 - 24. HPV is the main cause of cervical cancer.

New At-Home Fertility Test Kit
Fertell, the first at-home fertility test kit, became commercially available in June 2007. The Fertell kit contains tests to screen for both male and female infertility. Men can test their semen for concentrations of motile sperm, while women can test their urine for levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (a marker for egg quality).

Drug Restriction
In February 2007, the FDA announced that the antibiotic telithromycin (Ketek) should no longer be used for treatment of acute bacterial sinusitis. In June 2006, the FDA reported that several people had died of liver damage after taking this drug. Telithromycin is now only approved for treatment of community-acquired pneumonia.
