NEW YORK — Robert Pattinson is understandably a little fidgety and distracted these days. Everywhere he goes, it seems, he’s followed by lightninglike flashes and shutter-clicking hordes of paparazzi. When word gets out that he’s in town — and, somehow, it always does — screeching gaggles of young female fans gather nearby and swoon over his every move.

The new Robert Pattinson film “Remember Me” might never have happened if it were not for a bar brawl at the old Stone Balloon, in Newark.
Penned by Brandywine Hundred native and first-time screenwriter Will Fetters, the movie’s script flourished after that fateful night in 2003, which ended with Fetters spending a night in jail.
Fetters, now 28, had jumped in to break up a fight and learned that you “don’t mouth off to a cop,” he says.

With The Twilight Saga: New Moon hitting DVD and Blu-ray on March 20, I was able to talk with director Chris Weitz about the upcoming release. When the film was getting ready to hit theaters, I asked Chris Weitz about the eventual DVD release and he told me to expect a commentary from Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner and about ten minutes of deleted scenes. So when I got the specs of the DVD/Blu-ray and saw there was no commentary and no deleted scenes, I knew this would be the main topic of conversation.

Despite widespread Internet rumors stating that a certain vampire will visit Ithaca this summer, no production plans for the movie Water for Elephants will be confirmed until April, according to University Press Officer Blaine Friedlander.“If they are going to film [Water for Elephants] here, we would love to have them and we would love to cooperate,” Friedlander said. After rumors began to spread, the University called Fox 2000, the production company that won a bidding war to film the movie, but nothing final has been planned, according to Friedlander. The movie, based on the best-selling novel written by Sarah Gruen, will tell the story of a Cornell veterinary student who drops out of school just before graduation and joins the circus. While only Reese Witherspoon has confirmed her participation in the film, Robert Pattinson, of Twilight fame, has been in talks with producers for over a month about the part of Cornellian Jacob Jankowski.Christoph Waltz, the award-winning actor who played a supporting role in 2009’s Inglourious Basterds as a sadistic German officer, has been offered the part of the nefarious circus trainer married to Witherspoon’s character, according to reports from MTV.com. The role had been previously offered to Sean Penn, but talks fell apart as Penn continued his humanitarian mission in Haiti.Jankowski’s story in Water for Elephants is told through a series of flashbacks recounted from his nursing home bed. Cornell University, although not at the center of the story, will presumably be the setting for multiple flashbacks, including the pivotal moment when Jacob learns of his parents’ death.Filming on campus would generate revenue for local businesses and excitement for students, faculty and locals alike.

So you're a guy? Poor you!
You get slapped on your bottom at birth, then spend the rest of your life being shoved around by wives and girlfriends who make you mow the lawn, listen to their friends, return their phone calls, eat fruit at breakfast, shop for lingerie instead of watching the game, put your underwear in the basket and put the toilet seat down.

I just singed up for this sight today and I would like to get some insight from you readers regarding this issue I am having. I just came back from a business trip with my boyfriend, and it went well as usual. However, it just seemed like he would say things just to get a reaction out of me.

Ok, so I'll be the first to admit that I'm quick to write guys off. I have had two serious relationships in my life (both of which lasted just under 3 years), but when it comes to dating, I rarely make it past a month before I kick the guy to the curb. My friends say that I'm being "too picky" and "intolerant", but I look at it like this...
