Feeling homeless...any advice?
So, I was born in California. When I was little, my parents moved to Chicago. I lived in 4 or 5 different places in the Chicago metro groiwng up and went to 2 different school districts by the time I was in 8th grade."Home" for the Holidays?
Most of my life I've often wondered why Thanksgiving seemed to be for many families a trigger word for family dysfuction. Why individuals couldn't just let that disagreement with another family member go for one bloody day and enjoy some good food and conversation with more pleasant family members. I have to keep reminding my self that I'm pragmatic by nature and that is apparently unusual. I found an article with some helpful tips. I've been with my boyfriend for almost 7 years and everytime that he has a family gathering, he tends to either push me away or break-up with me. He is 38 years old and I am 32. The first year we met, his father passed away and his sisters wanted to kick him out of the family home.
