A look from Rodolfo Paglialunga's highly anticipated cruise 2010 collection for Vionnet (his debut at the house, also) that I just fell in love with! The rest of the collection is wonderful- made up of beautiful draping and ribbons- but I had to share this with you...it's just sooo gorgeous and perfect!!!

Whiplash's Neglected Browser Bookmarks Miss Her!

In the dark recesses of WhiplashGirlchild’s internet browser, her neglected bookmarked sites complain about how much they miss her.

“It’s not fair,” whines MySpace.com. “Whip used to spend hours on ME, but now she hasn’t logged on in weeks. She uses TeamSugar for her social jones and ignores me and all her MySpace buddies.”

“Well, how do you think I feel?” retorts PinkIsTheNewBlog.com. “Whip loved my humor and gossip with a side of snark, but now PopSugar and Molly have replaced me. I can’t remember the last time she paid me and Trent a visit”

“Stop complaining!” sniffs FoodNetwork.com. “She never visits me for recipes anymore now that YumSugar is around.”

“And she uses FitSugar for health and fitness advice instead of me!” sobs WeightWatchers.com.

“I don’t know what you’re all b*tching about,” growls TheOnion.com. “I was her favorite humor site until GiggleSugar came along.”

“And she never comes to us anymore now that she gets her pop culture from BuzzSugar,” moan PitchforkMedia.com and AVClub.com in unison.

BlogdorfGoodman weeps silently in the corner, mourning the day that BellaSugar launched and Whip left her forever. And Gizmodo shoots daggers at Geeksugar.

“She ignores all my fashion advice now!” cries Fashionologie.com. “I’m so lonely since she dumped me for FabSugar!”

“I have no advice for any of you,” weeps DearAbby.com. “I’m heartbroken that she left me for DearSugar, too!”

“Even if we all joined forces and created one supersite,” they reason morosely “we STILL couldn’t compare! Because we’ll never be able to provide her with her popples and goof friends that she’s made at the Sugar sites.”

As Whip logs on to the Sugar sites to Fab Find and write a movie review, the neglected sites don black veils and mourn the loss of their former friend.

“Fare thee well, Whip,” they sob. “We’ll miss you.”
