Raspberry Cottage Rice Cake
A perfect snack that's easy to make, low in sugar, high in protein, and most importantly...delish!
You need:
Low fat cottage cheese
Raspberry preserves (sugar free or regular if you prefer and whichever flavor you want)
Rice cake (I prefer the apple cinnamon)
Take 1 serving of cottage cheese and mix in 2 tbsp of the preserves. Spread the mixture over the rice cake.
