Straight
Monday: Knotted Pony

1. Take a two-inch hair section from just above your right ear, and pull straight back. Hold.
2. Repeat above your left ear.
3. Twist two sections together, and secure with a bobby pin.
4. Loosely gather all your hair into a low ponytail, and secure with an elastic.
5. Take a 1/4-inch section of hair from the ponytail, and wrap it around the elastic.
6. Secure underneath the ponytail with a bobby pin

Tuesday: Headband Bun

1. Take a 1/4-inch section of hair from directly above your left ear, and braid it. Secure with a mini elastic.
2. Lay the braid across the top of your head, about one inch from your forehead.
3. Pin the end of the braid above your right ear.
4. Tease the hair at your crown.
5. Smooth hair back gently with a brush.
6. Gather all your hair into a low ponytail, and secure with an elastic.
7. Twist the ponytail around itself (into a bun), and secure with bobby pins.

Wednesday: Side-swept Braid

1. Make a low part on your left side.
2. Sweep your hair to the right, and gather your hair over your right shoulder.
3. Starting below your right ear, start braiding hair.
4. Secure braid with an elastic.
5. Take a 1/4-inch section from the end of the braid, and wrap it around the elastic.
6. Secure underneath the ponytail with bobby pins.

Thursday: Teased Half-back

1. Tease your hair.
2. Take a two-inch hair section (starting just above your left ear), and twist once.
3. Secure twist with bobby pin. Insert pin at an upward angle so that the teased section will retain its volume.
4. Repeat (working from left ear to right ear) until all your hair is pulled back into a half-ponytail.

Friday: Polished Loop

1. Make a low part on your left side.
2. Sweep your hair to the right, and gather your hair into a low ponytail below your right ear. Secure with an elastic.
3. Take the entire tail, make a loop, and secure the ends underneath the elastic with bobby pins.

Saturday: Regal Pony

1. Tease hair at crown.
2. Gather hair into ponytail about three inches above the nape of your neck. Secure with an elastic.
3. Take a 1/2-inch section of hair from the pony, and wrap it around the elastic. Secure underneath the elastic with pins.
4. Tease the pony for extra volume. Gently smooth with a brush or fingers.

Sunday: Side Braid

1. Part your hair on the left side.
2. Take a 1/2-inch section of hair just to the right of the part (about an inch back from your forehead).
3. Braid across your head, toward your right ear.
4. Secure above your right ear with bobby pins

Wavy
Monday: Pigtail Buns

1. Part your hair down the middle, into two equal sections.
2. Gather each section into a low ponytail. Secure with an elastic. You should end up with a low ponytail behind each ear.
3. Twist each ponytail around the elastic to form a loose bun. Secure with bobby pins.

Tuesday: Front-pinned Pony
1. Starting near your left ear, take a 1/2-inch section (about an inch back from your forehead), and twist once.
2. Pin loosely with bobby pins, and repeat until you each the right ear.
3. Gather hair into a low ponytail below your right ear. Secure underneath the ponytail with bobby pins.

Wednesday: Low Coils

1. Part your hair on the left side.
2. Take a two-inch section of hair just to the right of the part. Begin twisting, adding hair as you twist.
3. Twist hair to the back of your head, at the level of the top of your ears.
4. Leave the hair below your ears loose.
5. Secure the twist above your left ear with bobby pins.
6. Take a one-inch section of hair behind your right ear. Begin twisting, adding hair as you twist.
7. Twist hair to the back of your head, underneath the level of the first twist.
8. Secure the twist behind your left ear with bobby pins.
9. Twist the remaining hair below your right ear. Move it across the nape of your neck, adding the rest of your hair as you twist.
10. Secure the twist with pins below your left ear.

Thursday: Braided Headband

1. Take a one-inch section of hair from just behind your left ear and braid it.
2. Secure the end with a mini elastic.
3. Wrap the braid over your head, across the crown, or about four inches back from your forehead./ol>
4. Secure the end of the braid behind your right ear with bobby pins.

Friday: Sleek Chignon

1. Gather your hair into a low ponytail at the nape of your neck.
2. Secure with an elastic.
3. Twist the ponytail around the elastic to form a loose bun.
4. Secure the bun with pins, making sure to tuck the ends into the bun.

Saturday: Spiral Tail

1. Part your hair down the middle, into two equal sections.
2. Twist hair on the right side, above your ear. Add pieces as you continue to twist to the nape of your neck.
3. Secure the twist with an elastic.
4. Repeat the twist on the left side.
5. When you get to the nape, take the elastic off the right twist. Wrap it around both twists.
6. Loop the tail up and behind the elastic, so it tucks back into itself.
7. Twist the two twist sections around each other.
8. Secure the end with an elastic.

Sunday: Half-up Twist

1. Part your hair on your left side.
2. Take a one-inch section of hair from the right side of the part, and begin twisting straight back around the crown of your head. Add hair as you twist.
3. Secure with pins above your left ear, tucking the ends under the twist to hide them.
4. Take another one-inch section from the right side of the part. This section should be to the right of the first section.
5. Repeat twisting. Twist below the first section.
6. Secure with pins above your left ear, tucking the ends into the twist.
7. Take another one-inch section below the second twist.
8. Twist around the back of your head, adding hair as you twist.
9. Secure this twist just above your left ear, beneath the other two twists, and tuck the ends into the twist.

Curly
Monday: Wrapped Tail

1. Gather hair into a ponytail about three inches above the nape of your neck.
2. Secure with an elastic.
3. Take the pony and wrap it around the elastic once.
4. Secure with pins, leaving the ends hanging down.

Tuesday: Side Knot

Knot

1. Part your hair in the center.
2. Take the front section of hair on your left side.
3. Make a French twist by twisting the hair towards the center part.
4. Tuck the ends of the twist under. The bottom of the twist should be level with the top of your ears.
5. Secure with pins along the twist and at the bottom of the twist.
6. Repeat the twist on your right side.

Wednesday: Teased Pigtails

1. Take a three-inch wide section of hair at the center of your forehead.
2. Pin it two inches back from your hairline.
3. Begin French braiding right below the bobby pins.
4. To French braid, start three-strand braiding.
5. As you move down, gather extra hair on the sides to add to the already-existing strands.
6. Braid until all of your hair is incorporated down to the ends.
7. Secure the end of the braid with an elastic.
8. Take a 1/4-inch section of hair from the end of the braid and wrap it around the elastic. Secure it with pins underneath the elastic.

Thursday: Braided Crown

1. Part hair on your right side.
2. Take a one-inch section of hair from your hairline.
3. Twist it until it coils. Secure it with pins.
4. Continue twisting one-inch sections of hair, until the top half of your hair is all pinned up.
5. Let the lower half of your hair hang down.

Friday: Princess Bun

1. Part hair on your right side.
2. Take a one-inch section from the right side of the part and begin twisting it.
3. Pull the twist to the back of your head and hold it at the nape of your neck.
4. Gather your hair into a low ponytail at the nape of your neck, including the twist, and secure with an elastic.
5. Take a 1/2-inch section of hair from the ponytail and wrap it around the elastic, securing with pins underneath the tail.
7. Take a 1/4-inch section of hair from the end, wrap it around the elastic.
8. Secure it with pins underneath the elastic.

Saturday: Double Half-up

1. Take a two-inch section from the center of your forehead and twist it back towards the crown of your head.
2. Secure the twist with pins three inches from your hairline.
3. Take a two-inch section to the right of the first section.
4. Twist it back towards your crown. Secure the twist with pins three inches from your hairline.
5. Repeat just left of the center twist, securing it with pins too.

Sunday: Knotted Coil

1. Gather your hair into a high ponytail about four inches above the nape of your neck.
2. Secure with an elastic.
3. Take a 1/4-inch section from the pony and wrap it around the elastic, securing with pins underneath the tail.
4. Grab the end of the pony and loop it under, securing the ends with pins right under the elastic.

Relaxed
Monday: Pony Twist

1. Part hair on the left side.
2. Take a two-inch section of hair from the right of the part.
3. Sweep it across your forehead so that it hangs in front of your right ear.
4. Gather your hair into a low side ponytail below your right ear, leaving the section in front of your right ear loose.
5. Secure the pony with an elastic.
6. Take a one-inch section from the tail and wrap it around the elastic, securing with pins underneath the elastic.

Tuesday: Double Tuck

1. Part hair on the right side.
2. Take a three-inch section from the left of the part.
3. Make a mini ponytail about two inches back from your hairline.
4. Secure with a mini elastic.
5. Gather a three-inch section of hair to the left of the first ponytail.
6. Make another mini ponytail two inches below the first, above the left ear. Secure with a mini elastic.
7. Gather hair into a low side ponytail below your left ear.
8. Secure with an elastic.
9. Wrap the tail around the elastic to form a loose bun. Secure with pins, leaving some of the ends sticking out

Wednesday: French Braid

1. Part hair on the right side.
2. Divide hair into two equal sections.
3. Form two low pigtails, and secure them behind your ears with elastics.
4. Take a 1/2-inch section from the right pigtail and wrap it around the elastic, securing with pins underneath the tail.
5. Repeat with left pigtail.

Thursday:Half-up Coil

1. Part hair on the right side.
2. Take a two-inch section of hair from the left of the part, about two inches back from your forehead.
3. Braid the hair down to the ends, and secure with an elastic.
4. Gather all of the hair on the left side of your face, and pull it behind your left ear.
5. Pin the braid behind your left ear to make the braid look like a headband.
6. Take a two-inch section from the right side of the part, two inches back from your forehead.
7. Braid to the end, securing with an elastic.
8. Gather the hair on the right side of your face and pull it behind your right ear.
9. Pin the braid behind your right ear.

Friday: Corkscrew Braid

1. Take a two-inch section of hair from the center of your forehead.
2. Pin it about two inches back from your hairline.
3. Tease your hair at the crown.
4. Gather hair into a low center ponytail about three inches above the nape of your neck.
5. Secure with an elastic.
6. Wrap the tail around the elastic to form a bun and secure the bun with pins.

Saturday: Triple Twirls

1. Gather the top section of your hair (from the tops of your ears to your crown) into a half-ponytail.2. Secure with an elastic.
3. Take a 1/2-inch section from the pony and wrap it around the elastic, securing with pins underneath the pony.
4. Take a four-inch section of hair from behind each ear.
5. Twist them together, in front of the half-ponytail.
6. Secure with pins.
7. Take the end of the tail, lift it up, and tuck it through the top of the second pony and down.

Sunday: Loose Pouf

1. Part hair on the left side.
2. Take a one-inch section from the right of the part, by your forehead.
3. Twist that section so that it wraps toward your right ear and to the back of your head. Secure the twist with pins.
4. Take another one-inch section right below the first section.
5. Twist that section, and place it so that it follows the first twist down to the back of the head. Secure the twist with pins.
6. Gather all of your hair, including the ends of the two twists, into a low center ponytail at the nape of your neck.
7. Secure with an elastic.
8. Wrap the pony around the elastic to form a tight bun, and secure with pins.

Jen & John: 'They Already Miss Each Other'

After a long weekend of lounging and laughing in Miami, Jennifer Aniston stayed behind to film her movie while John Mayer returned to New York.

"They already miss each other," says a source close to Mayer.

Adds another source, also close to the singer: "It's very real. They've been seeing each other for a few weeks now."

Aniston, 39, and Mayer, 30, were first seen together publicly last Friday when they had an intimate lunch at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in the Miami Design District. Later in the day, the two were seen at Casa Tua on South Beach.

Aniston remained in Florida to shoot Marley & Me with Owen Wilson, hanging around a hotel with her gal pals. Gossip Girl's TV Dad: Penn & Blake 'Good for Each Other'

Before Penn Badgley and Blake Lively were outed as a couple (see PEOPLE's exclusive pics here), Matthew Settle, who plays Penn Badgley's TV dad on Gossip Girl helped to keep gossip about the relationship between the young lovers a secret.

But now that the cat is out of the bag, he says, "I think it's nice."

Settle offered fatherly insight about Badgley and Lively on his way into the Entertainment Weekly upfront party at The Bowery Hotel in New York on May 13. (The new couple also attended.)

When asked if he had advice for his TV son, Settle answered, "In real life, Penn rolls with the punches better than anybody ... I don't think he needs any advice."

About keeping the relationship a secret before it was revealed, Penn's TV Dad said, "you can prod and pry, but you don't want to be too intrusive. I made my own assumptions," he said. "But I didn't want to talk about it, to get involved."

Now that the news is out, Settle believes America will react positively. "I think people are going to love them as a couple," he said. "They're a very hot couple. They look good together. And I think they're good for each other, so why not?"

Settle's date at the event was his wife, Israeli born actress Naama Nativ, also an actress, who said that she plays "one of Adam [Sandler's] Israeli girlfriends in his new film, You Don't Mess with The Zohan."

But Settle and Nativ have a solid bond. Married for two years, Settle said that he met Nativ, "in Los Angeles through friends."

As Usmagazine.com first reported, Jennifer Aniston surprised contestants when she appeared on Sunday's season finale of Oprah's Big Give.

After thanking each of the seven contestants for their work and awarding them their cash gifts of $10,000, she caused mouths to drop even more when she declared, "That just felt too good. I personally would like to triple it. So we're going to go $30,000. Guys, thank you for doing this and inspiring everybody." (Winner Stephen Paletta took home the $1 million prize for completing a giveaway challenge with zero funds. He will keep half the money and donate the rest to charity.)

David Beckham & Kobe Bryant Lend Each Other Support

Superstar athletes David Beckham and Kobe Bryant attended each other’s respective soccer and basketball games last week.

Becks just blogged about being a big Kobe fan and his short appearance on tonight’s American Idol special, Idol Gives Back. Here’s what Mr. Golden Balls wrote:

“Hi everyone, It was great to get a win in our first home game of the season against San Jose Earthquakes. I thought the whole team performed really well and I was really happy to score my first goal in the MLS and set a goal up for Landon Donovan. Hopefully, with three more home games in a row, we’ll get the results we want, starting with Toronto FC on Sunday.
Earlier in the week, I went to watch the LA Lakers basketball team play and met Kobe Bryant. It was great to see one of basketball’s great players in the flesh. He’s an outstanding athlete and one of the top players in the world and I was delighted that he returned the favor and came to watch the Galaxy on Thursday.

know a lot of people are going to find this practice ridiculous. But Madonna is an empire. If she comes up with an idea in the middle of the night - she needs a method to jot it down. It’s really the same thing as sleeping next to a pad and paper - just more technologically advanced. I am sure Madonna’s mind is racing 24 hours a day and sleeping with a blackberry under her pillow is how she gets to unload it.

“We lie right next to each other with our Blackberrys under our pillows. It’s not unromantic, it’s practical. I’m sure loads of couples have their BlackBerrys in bed with them. I often wake up in the middle of the night and remember that I’ve forgotten something, so I jump up and make notes. Guy’s always waiting for me to come to bed, so he plays Brick on his BlackBerry until I’m ready.”

Unknowing Twins Marry Each Other

LONDON, England (CNN) -- British twins who had been separated at birth learned they were related only after they had become husband and wife, a senior British lawmaker said. The marriage has been annulled.

The couple's identities have been protected for legal reasons.

Their case was first highlighted by Lord Alton of Liverpool during a discussion on donor conception in the House of Lords in December, but only came to light Friday.

The peer told the House of Lords that a court annulled the union as soon as the twins' true relationship became known.

"They were never told that they were twins," he said during the Dec. 10 debate on a law covering human fertility and embryology. They had been adopted by separate families and "met later in life and felt an inevitable attraction, and the judge had to deal with the consequences of the marriage that they entered into and all the issues of their separation."

No further details about the couple have emerged, and it is not known when the marriage took place or how long they were together before they discovered the truth.

Adoption groups said Friday the case proves the need for openness and transparency during the adoption process.

Mo O'Reilly, director of child placement for the British Association for Adoption and Fostering, said released a statement saying: "Thirty or 40 years ago it would have been more likely that twins be separated and brought up without knowledge of each other."

However, she said, greater emphasis in recent years on ensuring adopted siblings stay in touch meant this "traumatic" case will remain "incredibly rare."

Daisy O'Clee, a spokeswoman for the agency, said that of more current concern is the lack of legislation surrounding fertility treatment.

Under British law the parents of a donor-conceived child do not have to declare that fact on the child's birth certificate, O'Clee told CNN. This means a child conceived with a donor sperm or egg may never know their true origin.

Lawmakers will vote Tuesday on whether to pass a law covering human fertility and embryology that would relax the rules on who can have fertility treatment.

O'Clee warned that in its present form the proposal does little to address the rights of donor-conceived children.

"The rights of donor children are being ignored," she said.

Stars tweeted your anger, Ryan o 'neal expressed his disappointment, the institute has explained their decision. No, it isn't a supervision. College don't think ferrari as a movie star.
