So I'm always on the lookout for new design ideas, and I don't really discriminate at sources and browse all over the place. Be it IKEA, Pottery Barn, Anthropologie, etc. I think that almost every company could have something in its collection to offer--if not in actual product, then perhaps with inspiration.

Couples should consider sleeping apart for the good of their health and relationship, say experts.
Sleep specialist Dr Neil Stanley told the British Science Festival how bed sharing can cause rows over snoring and duvet-hogging and robs precious sleep.
One study found that, on average, couples suffered 50% more sleep disturbances if they shared a bed.
Dr Stanley, who sleeps separately from his wife, points out that historically we were never meant to share our beds.

Here are some images of my master bedroom I have been trying to put together. Unfortunately this room is small and it is a rental and we will probably be moving within the year so I decided not to paint.
But I wanted to do some things and stick to a budget since this is not going to be a long term room.

When a woman is pregnant, she takes things harder than usual. For ex.: Salah had one of those days (again) and came home in exactly “that mood”. He started the quarrel (also as usual) and said: You do not understand me.

I have really been cheering for Amy Winehouse - while her life-sucking husband Blake Feilder-Civil is behind bars, she’s been looking good. Well, better. She put on a few pounds, tried a new hairstyle and took a vacation away from him.

http://www.morsbags.com/ has a great downloadable tutorial for making your own reusable grocery sacks.
"let’s do something positive to reduce the hideous number of plastic bags being used - 1 million are consumed per minute globally - of which hundreds of thousands end up in the oceans.
the idea is to get together with people in your local community, drink wine and make reusable cloth bags (from old duvet covers, curtains from charity shops etc) and hand them out to the unsuspecting public for free on specified dates outside different supermarkets."

i recently decided i didnt like my bedroom decor and wanted a fresh new funky, shabby chic , mix'n' match look. my first step was to rip out all the cute pics from mags and blu tack them around my desk and pinboard. Because my mum didnt no what i am doing i dont have much money to to do this on so when i went to a second hand shop and saw some old skool records i bought 2 for 50 cents each and hung them next to my bed also with blue tack.
