1The fact that it is almost directly next door to Commander's Palace would be a negative to me! I couldn't take smelling all that yummy food every stinkin' day!
2Hah! That's a good point, Iwillmarryunick. The Lafeyette Cemetery is also nearby, which is a beautiful place to take a stroll. But, some people might find that a little creepy!
