Oprah Winfrey's shelter magazine, O at Home has folded, according to a Hearst press release. The publication's content will be consolidated back into its flagship, The Oprah Magazine, under Editor in Chief Susan Reed. The last issue, Winter 2008, will hit newsstands Nov.

In the current issue of O at Home, actress Jennifer Carpenter shares photos of her Laurel Canyon home, which was redecorated by Jennifer's friend Ariel Ashe, an interior designer with the firm Ashe + Leandro.
While I loved the entire home design, my eyes kept coming back to this cool tipi in Jennifer's backyard. In the article, Jennifer admits, "That was my idea.

Even though we buy candy, put out a jack-o'-lantern, and turn on the porch lights, we've only received a few trick-or-treaters in the past four years at our home. It seems that getting back to hosting Late Night hasn't kept Conan O'Brien quite busy enough. The red-haired funny man has also been real estate shopping, and recently purchased a 6 bedroom, 8.5 bath New England Traditional-style gated home on Tigertail Road in Brentwood, California. This will be quite the geographic move for Mr. O'Brien and his family, who currently live in New York City at The Majestic on Central Park West, which he purchased in late 2006 for a reported $9,950,000.
