Tattooed Transformers starlet Megan Fox has swooped up a 5,200-square-foot, four-bedroom, five-bath home in LA's Los Feliz for the measly sum of $2.9 million. Built in 1936, the Mediterranean-style house boasts restored original details, panoramic ocean and city views, custom hardwood floors, state-of-the-art security, and a pool with several terraces and lawn areas. The view alone would be enough to sell me, but it also has gorgeous features, including beautiful bones, white flat-fronted cabinetry, a Viking range, Carrara marble countertops in the bath and kitchen, and a free-standing tub.

January Jones's character in Mad Men may live in a picture-perfect house, but in real life, the actress doesn't mind a little work. January just snatched up a fixer-upper in LA's Los Feliz neighborhood for just over $1 million. The 2,200-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath 1920s Mediterranean villa is definitely dated, and a far cry from some of the slickly renovated homes of her contemporaries.
Charlie Sheen Lists His Lovely Los Feliz Pad
Charlie Sheen has listed his 4,179-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-and-one-half bath restored Mediterranean-style-home in LA's Los Feliz neighborhood for $3.7 million. The home, which is not Sheen's principal residence, might just be my favorite celebrity home I've seen to date. Sheen and his wife have made the wise choice to let the gated villa's beautiful architectural details (vaulted, wood-beamed ceilings, rich wood floors, stunning floor tiling, a sweeping staircase) shine by using primarily solid white upholstery and adding personality with accessories and interesting artwork.
This Just In: Katherine Heigl Lists Her Starter House
According to Real Estalker, Katherine Heigl has put her 2,369-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Los Feliz, LA home on the market for $1.75 million. Heigl purchased the home in April 2006 for $1.5 million, before she really became the talk of the town, and before she and Josh checked into their new home. The listing for the property reads:

Coveted Crib: Gwen Stefani's Old Digs
According to Big Time, the former home of Gwen Stefani, and current home of That '70s Show creator Mark Brazill is on the market for nearly $4.9 million. Built in 1928, Sotheby's calls it "one of the finest Mediterranean estates in Los Feliz." With Moroccan-looking tiles throughout, many original architectural details, as well as magnificent landscaping, it truly is stunning.

Josh Schwartz, who's best known for producing and writing shows such as Gossip Girl, The OC, and Chuck, has sold his Los Feliz, CA, home for $2.15 million.
The beautiful 1928 home was originally listed in April for $2.4 million. Given that other celebs have been forced to lower their prices by close to half a million, this price drop doesn't seem particularly harsh, especially given the real estate market's current woes.
