Lohan only wants 100 million dollars because her ass doesn't work. She knows good and well that the ad was not referring to her in any way shape or form. This lawsuit is also another way to
give her another 15 minutes of fame in the news.
Lindsay not only proves she is ego-centric but this definitely qualifies as a frivelous lawsuit. Not only does it not mention her last name it doesn't even take into consideration the
thousands of young women who are named Lindsay. Her lawyer must be laughing all the way to the bank.
wow really , thts pathetic lindsay is just suein people because she needs the money that comercial has nothin to go with her there are alot of people by the name lindsay she isnt the only
one.

I am being sarcastic here but does Lohan's lawsuit now mean that all parents who named their daughters Lindsay must pay royalties for using HER name?

3A. Lindsay is only suing because she is broke from not working; she knows that ad has nothing to do with her.
