huh - i don't know why - but i kind of thought that she only rented that place and didn't buy it but i guess that's not the case. i'm sure she'll be able to rent it out - that doesn't seem
like a major issue in her neighborhood. if she's getting into things with her neighbors though, i can only imagine what her condo neighbors are going to say when there are crews in the hall
and elevator all the time.
It's a good investment, amers230, especially for a young person. And, it's not exactly a good time to sell. I'm sure she has someone dealing with the tenants for her.
casasugar - thanks for answering! i figured it was due to the down market and everything, but it just struck me as strange. she's mentioned so often how much her neighbors dislike having her
there, i wondered why she'd want to hold on to a place like that.

1I would, $1100 per month for a 4 bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills, that's quite cheap IMO
2It's $11,000, nguidjol!
3I didn't know she owned it, I thought she rented.
4Oops my bad! But the house still beautiful
5$11,000?! Is she insane? That's a lot of money.
6I always like her house...the yard/pool area is fab.
7i do like that house, but i wonder why she's not selling it outright, i guess i don't really see her as a landlord

9It's a beautiful house! Renting seems like a smart option.
