Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor have put their 10-bedroom, 11-bath Hollywood Hills compound on the market for a cool $12.5 million. Back in April, I let you know that Christina Aguilera and husband Jordan Bratman were preparing to ditch their Steve Hermann-designed Hollywood Hills digs, if a doting buyer were willing to part with a cool $8 million. Well, according to Real Estalker, the couple has flown the coop, but are still sitting on the unsold property. While they've moved into the Osbournes' former abode, their Hermann-designed home, like many houses around the country, remains unsold.

Jackass Johnny Knoxville has listed his three-bedroom Mediterranean in the Hollywood Hills for $1.7 million, according to Big Time. The listing for the property reads:

Ryan Phillippe has purchased a 5-bedroom, 7-bath home in LA’s Hollywood Hills for $7.175 million, according to Big Time. Built in 1998 by producer Sylvio Tabet, the home, appropriately named "Rising Zen" is a mixture of Asian and modern architecture, but has an overwhelming Zen presence to it. According to listing information, it features "a large separate private master suite, a Koi pond, maple floors, a step-down bar with an aquarium backdrop, a dining room with Shoji screen doors, two flat-screen TVs, a gym, an office, a media room, three additional bedroom suites, and city and ocean views," as well as a "60-foot eco-friendly pool, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, a bar, [and] a gazebo."

The traditional style home is all kinds of precious and fit for a family of three with a small yard, pool, flagstone deck, new kitchen, carrera marble baths, gorgeous dark hardwood floors, french doors throughout, and lush landscaping. Can't you just see Harlow splashing around in that yard one day?

According to Real Estalker, Frankie Muniz has relisted his home in the Hollywood Hills, which he originally listed in December 2007, with a new real estate agent and reduced his asking price from $3.875 million to $3.695 million. He paid $3.499 million for the 1,972-square-foot, 5-bedroom, 4-bath in January 2006. The original listing for the home reads:

Rumor has it, according to Real Estalker that Christina Aguilera and husband Jordan Bratman have put their 5,411-square-foot, 5-bedroom, 7-bath Hollywood Hills home on the market for nearly $8 million. Aguilera reportedly purchased the Steve Hermann-designed digs for $5 million in 2003, which was her third house at the tender age of 22. The pad boasts, "living and dining rooms, a screening lounge with wet bar, a 25-foot waterfall, and unobstructed views," and is decked in classic Hermann style, head to toe in neutral tones, full of fur throws and animal-hide rugs, and sleek and oh-so-Hollywood with black leather chairs throughout.

According to Big Time, Channing Tatum purchased a three-bedroom, 2,538-square-foot house in the Hollywood Hills, which was recently on the market for $2.9 million. According to listing info, the house, which looks to be the offspring of Swiss Family Robinson and The Jungle Book, boasts:
three baths, a separate den/media room, a bonus floor, a curved teak staircase, and flagstone fireplaces and patios, [ . .
This Just In: Dido Sells Her House in Hollywood Hills
According to Big Time, Dido has sold her three-bedroom, 3,739-square-foot home in the Hollywood Hills "for an undisclosed price after it had been on the market for $4.6 million." She paid $4.15 million in September 2005 for the property. According to listing information, the house boasts:
A Hollywood Regency-style living room with a fireplace and views of the pool and grounds, a media room that also has views, a large dining room with French doors, a remodeled kitchen, and a large master suite with sitting areas, a gym, large closets, and a marble bathroom.
