Nov 7 2009 - 5:30am For crafters and DIYers, a few failures are par for the course. That's part of the reason why successful DIY projects are such a coup. I've had my share of successes and failures, and I'm currently in the middle of one of my more ambitious projects ever.
Mine was probably my back patio. Dug a hole that was 11 feet by 14 feet by 8" deep with a shovel, put in stone, sand and laid big pavers on my own. It looks great, and it's the best hang out
spot!
Our next project is a headboard for our bed. It will be a dark stained frame with a cut out in the top and a removable fabric covered insert. We'll see how that turns out!

I made a cd holder several years ago.
