$1.4 million is 'mere?' In California, I guess. And for a, what? 22 year old? I like her and all, but still. Must be nice! The house does look pretty cool.
I don't think there is anything wrong with that house. A few minor decorating changes and it will be very cute. She doesn't have to gut the whole thing and start from scratch there are very
nice aspects to this place.
Yeah, I'm not sure I'd call this a "fixer upper," just a few things here and there might need tending to. Good for her. That's a really great price for that kind of square footage + location.
Wish I could afford it!
From one who is apparently doomed to apartment living for the rest of my natural life, it looks pretty good, despite its need for a few minor tweaks! America, your shrewdness rocks!

1Isnt 3,523 huge for 3b/3.5b? I've lived in 2b/2b that were under 1,000. I'm thinkin these must be some pretty big ass rooms!

4It's not bad! Not great either! For that price, I'd say It's not that shabby since everything can be changed.
5A unique place for a unique person. I'd love to live in it just how it is. It's huge!
6You call this a fixer-upper??? I must be living in a dumpster then!
7For San Franciscans that size of a house for 1.2 million is a steal!!

9Ditto, me! Kristyy.
10It's true I think it just needs some minor stuff, I Don't know if I would consider it a fixer though. Our house is a true fixer.
11it doesn't look like a fixer upper to me
12a little work and the house is perfect
13You would call that a fixer upper? I would say "It's a mansion compared to where I live", but wait... It IS a mansion. I think, at least.
