At The Office's "Night in Morocco" Christmas party, Angela looked quite proper and ladylike serving up cocktails to her co-workers. But, such a festive occasion to put your serving tray to work only comes around a few times a year. On the days that you're not playing hostess, your serving tray can be hired for other duties in your home while you kick back and enjoy the sights.

Artist Spotlight: Elloh

Browsing through the readers' Casa Cravings, I noticed that many of your have bookmarked the clever, pop-cultured inspired artwork of Etsy artist Elloh - particularly her odes to various characters on "The Office." I, too, am delighted by the insanely prolific Elloh, whose real name is Ellen Lohse.

Using TV shows, movies, and music as her muses, Elloh creates paintings on canvas and sells limited-edition prints of the originals. If you're in the market for original art on a budget, her prints are incredibly well priced, ranging from $9 to $20 for the little ready-to-hang works. Cool Idea: OfficePOD

For those of you who work at home, but are longing for a workspace that's more distinct than your dining room table or a desk crowded into the bedroom, the OfficePOD is probably something you regularly dream about. This uber-modern small building can easily be tucked into a corner of your property, creating a separate work environment form your home. The company, which is located in London, originally promoted the OfficePOD as a way to reduce commuting, and the time and environmental costs associated with it. However, for the at-home worker or small business owner, the concept translates perfectly on this side of the pond.

For about $24,000, an OfficePOD can be delivered and assembled in your backyard in a day. And if you're not willing to commit, there are lease options as well. Since the pods are only about seven feet square, the small size ensures that in almost all cases, building permits are not needed to proceed with installation.

Casa Verde: An Eco Glam Office

Earlier today, I showed you the impressive before and after pics from Bollare's office renovation. However, I only teased you with one of many photos of the gorgeous space. When Bollare, a full service fashion, beauty, and lifestyle public relations firm located in West Hollywood, CA, decided that it was time to move its office, the company turned to Green Tangerine to help transform the raw space into something both fab and green.

Bollare turned to the eco-friendly wallpaper of Mod Green Pod for the striking, vibrant paper throughout its office. For paint, Benjamin Moore Pristine EcoSpec Paint: Zero-VOC was used on the walls, and underfoot, bamboo flooring made the cut for this eco office. Lighting is provided by CFLs, though Bollare notes that the lights are rarely turned on, due to the natural light that saturates the space.

Do You Have a Home Office?

When I leave the office and head home, the last thing on earth I want to do is sit at a desk, even if I have bills to pay and thank-you notes to write. So, while there may be "an office" in my house, I rarely use it, even when I'm working from home. If there's any official household business to be conducted, you're likely to find me getting it done while curled up on the couch with my shoes off. But, don't think for a second my home office isn't as stylish as I am!
