Nov 6 2008 - 10:00am At long last, we're down to the final three contestants on
Top Design: Ondine, Nathan, and Preston. I actually really like each of these contestants, and would be happy to see any of them win the grand prize of $100,000 to expand their design business, as well as a feature in Elle Decor. (Though of course I have my favorite, as I'm sure you do.) For the second half of the finale, the three contestants must finish decorating the rest of their townhouses, which they started decorating in
Episode Nine.

Eddie is my fav, but out of the final three...I love Nathan and was so happy to see him win!
1I thought Preston won?? I wasn't really paying attention though... =/
2As long as it wasn't Eddie! I thought they all did a good job on the final challenge.
3I like him, he is amazing and eclectic. Happy times! Preston needs to lighten up.
4I liked Preston. I like the pouty sheepish way about him. He always turned out great stuff, if you ask me. (Course, I only watched intermittently!)
5BTW, I kinda hated the paper plate light fixture.
6Littlekaren, I agree about the fixture. It was a cool concept, but with the time Nathan had, the execution was a little lacking. Maybe it would've looked better if he'd had more time . . . ?
7There was chicken wire showing for goodness sake!! Not something I would want hanging above my dining table!!
Overall I liked Ondine's the best, although I wasn't a fan of her living room (the weakest room in all 3 houses I thought) but I LOVED Nathan's study. That wallpaper with that artwork was amazing.
I thought the artwork in Nathan's living room was too small - the wrong scale entirely for the walls and furniture. That room looked completely unfinished to me.
In short, half the time I have NO idea what the judges are talking about (I _hated_ Nathan's entrance room) and just have to assume that either 1) I have no sense of style or 2) something is lost through the tv screen.
8Omg Nathan deserved it so much!!! My second choice would deff me Eddie!!! I hated Preston though. And don't ask me how Ondine made it to the final 3.
