The lucky new owners are photographer, gallery owner, and collage artist <a href="http://www.stevejoester.com/?method=Artist.AllArtists" target="_blank">Steve Joester</a> and his wife, Debra. </p> <p>The Joesters spent $5.35 million for Klum's penthouse - a quarter million dollars under the the asking price.
