When Tron: Legacy hit theaters last year, it came with no shortage of Tron-themed merchandise. There are the Monster T1 headphones, jewelry, and even snowboarding boots. To add to the list, four sets of Tron wall decals by Blik. Two designs are from the 1982 original; two are from the recent sequel.
Tron: The Grid ($45) and Tron: Master Control Program ($40) designs are from the original; Tron: Legacy - Battle ($50) and Tron: Legacy - Lightcycles ($50) are from last year's sequel. All decals are self-adhesive and removable, so don't worry about damaging walls or making a permanent change. Check them all out in the slideshow!
Unisex Decals Cheer Up Drab Bedroom Walls
Cool Idea: Vinyl Wall Stripes
I'm kind of over the wall decal trend, even though I myself was guilty as charged about two years ago. They're a bit gimmicky, especially those with a trompe l'oeil effect. But I must admit, the wall décor is a great option for renters. I was delighted to come across a more sophisticated alternative, these Room Stripes Wall Decals ($40) from Walls Need Love.
Available in a couple dozen colors and your choice of width, the stripes look just like painted stripes, but they're removable and reusable! So they're perfect for renters and anyone planning to move in the near future. You can mix up the colors and widths if you like, and perhaps even make a plaid pattern . . . and you won't have to worry about paint leaking or dripping. They couldn't be easier and they're mess-free!
If you'd prefer to paint your stripes, check out how I painted stripes in my powder room and be sure to pick up a roll of Frog Tape!
10 Sources For Wall Decals
From underwear to Edward Cullen, you can find a wall decal of pretty much anything you want these days. If you're on the hunt for an inexpensive, nonpermanent way to spruce up your space, I've gathered up 10 of my favorite sources for finding this reusable wall art. I'm really loving Artstick's vinyl butterfly clock ($74) — I'm always a fan of the convergence of functionality and style.
Cool Idea: Dress Up Your Stairs
Are you over the whole decal craze? Yeah, I kind of am, too. But these playful staircases have me thinking about giving it another try. When a plain entryway could use a little dressing up, a simple and creative solution is to put a few sticky studs on a staircase. Counting your way upstairs or skipping over zebra print makes for a much more enjoyable trip than blank wooden slats. Don't you think?
Cool Idea: Transform Imperfections Into Art
If you have an imperfection in your wall, you may feel the need to hide it with something — a framed photo, a painting, wallpaper, a piece of furniture — but with these wall decals, you can embrace it! The TakeBreak Wall Decal ($6) set contains little leaves, birds, and butterflies meant to transform that crack in your wall into a small nature scene. Depending on the style of the room, I could see this as a clever solution. Would you use wall decals to disguise your wall's imperfections?
Roundup: Flatware Off the Table
Ever since a friend of mine stenciled an adorable fork, knife, and spoon pattern on her kitchen floor, I've been fixated on flatware motifs. I already own a set of adorable flatware-adorned dish towels, so I should probably not go overboard — but this clever refrigerator decal is hard to resist!
If you like the look, you're in luck, because I've rounded up a hearty serving of utensil motifs for you to stick a fork in, like this High Style Wall Decals Spoon, Fork, Knife design ($25). Dig into the rest of my picks in the widget below.
Love It or Hate It? Garage Door Decals
German-based company style-your-garage.com creates trompe-l'œil decals for your garage doors. From sliding barn doors to views of Provence to parked military tanks, the oversize heavy-duty sheets trick your neighbors into thinking there's much more than bikes, toolkits, and an old Honda hiding behind those automated garage doors. Clearly, these products are only meant for homeowners with a sense of humor. It's not quite my style, but it would definitely catch my eye on the sidewalk. How about you?

Wall Decal Checklist Shows You Things You Shouldn't Forget
I recently discovered I have a love/hate relationship with wall decals. I am tempted to buy one, but have a feeling that I'll find one I love, spend all day applying it, then get sick of it shortly thereafter. Why take the plunge if you're already doubting your intentions?
Thankfully, I found one that I think I could live with: the Before Leaving Checklist from Hu2 Stickers. For around $22, you'll never forget the essential items you need during your day. I can't tell you how completely helpless I feel when I forget my phone, so having this little reminder stuck to the wall by my front door would be pretty invaluable. Of course, I could just make it a habit of tossing all my gadgets and essentials onto a simple charging station when I get home so I don't forget them on my way out. Decisions, decisions.
Nice and New: Fresh Finds at Ferm Living

One of my favorite wallpaper retailers, Ferm Living, has a few new things in store that I'm really loving. First of all, I think the way this Sewing Kit Wall Sticker ($57.50) is staged is absolutely hilarious. I think it would be clever to use it around a window or doorway in your home, especially one that doesn't have a lot of molding. See a few other new things when you read more
