Just as we're gearing up for Summer, Life & Style is packing their bags for a trip to Morocco.
I love some of their picks, especially the gorgeous silverware and colorful tea glasses. You may have noticed that I've been peddling Moroccan items for months now, but I figure I might as well chime in once again with some more Moroccan items that I'm loving these days. In collaboration with JCPenney, Danny Seo recently gave Maria Menounos' backyard an eco makeover for "Access Green" on Access Hollywood and Life & Style. This beautiful image is a peek at the made-over farmhouse table, which was updated with some wildflowers in a galvanized bucket, vintage silverware, some simple white dishes and glass water bottles, colorful tumblers filled with organic lemonade, a bowl of gorgeous green limes, and an understated yet chic capiz lantern. There's nothing fancy or unattainable about this table setting, but it's still completely and utterly glamorous.
I thought I'd round up a few similar eco outdoor accessories to help you achieve the look of this eco table setting without being a drain on the environment. Of course, you may already own many of these items, so by all means, use them instead! Or, hunt down similar accessories in thrift and antique stores.

Nearly six months after I told you how trendy circles are, Life & Style is chiming in with some modern geometric furnishings with a similar trend appeal.

Whether or not we all agree on liking Fergie, one thing we can all agree on is that the girl is fit. We always see her working out and so it's no secret that she actually works to get those abs and legs. Since we all know that working out is only half of the equation, what about her diet?

Well my friends over at Life & Style got the scoop on her diet from Carrie Watt, Fergie's nutritionist, on what FF eats to complete the equation.

Here are highlights:

BREAKFAST: Fergie begins her day with a protein-packed six-egg-white veggie omelet, seasoned with salsa or hot sauce. A smart start on the go? Pack two slices of 100-percent whole-grain toast with 2 tablespoons of low-fat peanut butter.

MID-A.M. BITE: Top 4 ounces of low-fat or no-fat plain organic yogurt with 2 tablespoons of low-sugar granola (such as Bear Naked). “It’s low in sugar and has protein,” says Wiatt, who suggests pairing it with a bowl of fiber-filled berries. (Cottage cheese makes a great yogurt alternative.)

In this week's Life & Style we are exposed to the best-selling heels right now. I love it when they do this sort of thing, because, well, I love any colorful lineup of fabulous shoes, but I thought some of them were ho-hum. So I went out and put together my own assembly line of some of the most Fabworthy pumps out there, in a range of prices. All you need to accompany these is the perfect LBD and va va voom Hollywood hair and voila: you are a force to be reckoned with.

According to Life & Style magazine, the latest diet trend in Hollywood doesn't involve loading up on carbs or eating in the zone. It's much simpler and in my opinion, much more fabulous. It's the Red Wine Diet and the secret to Jessica Simpson's weight transformation. Lucky for me, I love red wine and already drink it on a regular basis! If you want to give this new diet a try and need a wonderful red, why not try Spain's Protos Ribera de Duero? It's fun to experiment with new wines from lesser known regions. With its velvety finish, complex aromas, and dark cherry color, this wine pairs nicely with a small portion of steak, a carving of lean pork, or slice of pizza.

This week's Life & Style magazine checks in with celebrity home-style guru Robert Verdi to get his top five home trends for Fall. With the exception of animal prints — will they ever stop making a comeback? — I'm really excited about all of these looks, especially the yellow accessories.

The Life & Style spreads also features some other must haves; I'm really loving the cheerful citrine Anthroplogie Backyard Wine Glass. Here are Verdi's five Fall trends to watch.

• Animal-print pillows and area rugs add a sexy but tasteful touch.
• Organic wood baskets are great for stylish storage!
• Yellow accessories, like lamp shades and candles, brighten up any room.
• Lacquer is chic in small doses and very trendy for fall. Think breakfast trays, vases, vanities, and end tables.
• It's all about upholstered headboards, which look softer than four-poster beds.
