Both houses have views of the Atlantic and access to the beach. The mansion itself, which is called "By the Sea," also has a pool and spa, manicured gardens, a pond, and a tennis court. A tennis court? This isn't Pete Sampras's home. Where's the golf course — or at least indoor course for winter? Maybe it's in the works.
