Photographer Tria Giovan may call New York home, but her work has taken her all over the world, shooting for magazines such as Aperture, House Beautiful, and Vogue. Her work can also be seen in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, Brooklyn Museum of Art, New York Public Library, and Jewish Museum in New York.
From 1987–89 Tria worked on the project Lower East Side Interiors, which documented synagogues, public buildings, and landmarks on New York’s Lower East Side.
