Why it's a standout: This is an all-around great episode, but it is perhaps most notable because it gives birth to Gob's "Come on!" recurring joke. George Sr. leaves his collection of designer suits to Gob, who is acting as the president for the Bluth Company, and dressing up in luxury fabrics goes straight to Gob's head. He starts to mock his employees, telling one, "Oh, yeah. The guy in the $4,000 suit is holding the elevator for a guy who doesn't make that in three months. Come on!" And thus, a meme is born.
Other notable moments: Gob wears a banana suit for the company's second Christmas party, Michael and Maeby learn that they should read the lyrics to Starland Vocal Band's "Afternoon Delight" before singing it at a company karaoke event, and Lucille inadvertently eats a pot brownie and runs over the banana stand.
Gisele Bündchen had her sister Gabriele Bündchen by her side when she attended a private party thrown in her honor by photographer Johan Lindeberg in NYC last night. The event launched Johan's photos of Gisele for BLK DNM jeans, and featured black and white shots of the top model. Gisele, who was recently named one of the most powerful women of 2013 by Forbes, was excited to be with her sibling and even tweeted about her glee at the bash, saying, "So happy my sister Gabi is in town."

Mel B stripped down to a blue and white bikini when she had a yacht party with a group of friends and her husband, Stephen Belafonte, in Cannes yesterday. The couple were in the South of France to attend a charity dinner on Tuesday with model Natalia Vodianova. Mel spoke at the event, which raised money for the Naked Heart Foundation and FilmAid. She will soon be back on a plane yet again to return to the UK where she hinted she may meet up with her former Spice Girls pals. Mel wrote about her trip in a blog entry last week while shooting down news of a reunion. She wrote, "Press as usual writing BS about Spice Girls. As usual, us girls know what's gonna happen, so they just need to shut up. Heading to Cannes Cinemoi and UK to see my Spices, yippee." Maybe Mel will have a chance to meet up with Victoria Beckham, who is settling down after news broke that her husband, David Beckham, is retiring from soccer. Victoria and her family traveled to Paris last weekend to watch David play his final home game with PSG. The team has one more game to play this weekend, but it isn't clear if David will take the field for that match.

Sources told the magazine that Rob put Kristen "through the ringer" about the affair and "held it over her head," even after they had gotten back together last year. One source continued, "Ultimately, it was like, 'Either we move past this or we don't.' It wasn't good for either of them."

Even though it is just for a new movie, we can't help but think that Ewan looks like the long-lost brother of Justin Theroux with his bad-boy makeover.
Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield showed support for Emma's mom at the Peace, Love & A Cure Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation benefit in Cresskill, NJ, yesterday. The couple shared a sweet kiss before Emma took the stage alongside her brother, Spencer, to present an award to their mom, Krista, who is a breast cancer survivor. Emma also honored Alan Ennis, the CEO of Revlon, for the company's continued support of women with cancer. As an ambassador for the makeup brand, Emma has done her fair share of charity work with Revlon and even attended their annual EIF Run/Walk For Women in NYC earlier this month. But she wasn't the only star at yesterday's charity bash — Mary J. Blige dropped by the event, and she and Emma excitedly greeted each other during the cocktail reception.

Gwyneth Paltrow has landed another job and, according to her, it's perfect for her busy lifestyle. Hugo Boss announced today that Gwyneth will be the face of its new Boss Jour Pour Femme fragrance. The new scent is the daytime counterpart to the brand's Nuit Pour Femme line of scents, which also features Gwyneth in its ads. She told WWD that modeling for a fragrance is the best new gig to add to her already hectic schedule. Gwyneth said, "I can only really do one film a year now because of my family and how it all works out, so it's so nice for me to be able to work for a great company and, you know, I'm going to Spain next week for two days so I still get to travel and meet really interesting people and have a work interaction. But it's not like I am out of the house for three months." Gwyneth also revealed that she starts her day at 7 a.m., when she wakes her kids up, drops them off at school, and then returns home to spend the rest of her day working on Goop.

Now, People magazine reveals why Angelina and her partner, Brad Pitt, decided to wait until almost a month after her final surgery to talk about her health crisis. A source told the magazine that Brad did "everything he could" to keep the surgery a secret, and that the two wanted to keep things low-key until she had fully healed. A family insider said, "They really wanted Angie to be able to recover and rest before they shared the story." According to the insider, the couple used early morning appointments and rental cars to avoid being discovered by the paparazzi.
Brad did a good job keeping Angie's health struggles a secret when he sat down for an interview with Esquire, which will hit newsstands later this month. However, Brad did go into detail about his love for Angelina, saying that she is "the best person." Matt and Michael are screening their HBO project in the South of France before it officially hits the small screen on Sunday, May 26. Earlier in the day, Matt and Michael attended a photo call and a press conference. They have been doing quite a bit of press for the biopic, which follows Liberace, played by Michael, and his young lover, played by Matt. Naturally, a story about a couple had to involve love scenes, and Michael revealed in a recent interview he wasn't exactly put off by the idea of kissing one of America's best-looking actors. He said, "As far as making out with Matt, it’s not so bad. We rehearsed the scenes. For me, I guess the biggest thrill is, when I first saw it, after a few minutes, I really forget it’s Matt. Matt and Mike, you know? I just forget it’s us."

Alan, who plays Raphael in the movie, was wearing a head-to-toe CGI suit, which was outfitted with antlers and a mock shell. Alan will be transformed into a CGI turtle in postproduction, but that doesn't make seeing the real-life creature out in public any less weird.
