David Bowie's androgynous alter ego Ziggy Stardust may have dominated the airwaves and changed the face of rock 'n' roll, but plastering his face on the side of a city building is a whole new direction for the mythological pop character. A new apartment complex will begin construction in February in Prahan, a suburb of Melbourne, Australia, and is gaining lots of publicity due to the fact that Bowie's face will grace the street side.
