Whitney Houston has put her 12,561-square-foot, five-bedroom, four-and-one-half-bath Mendham, NJ, house on the market for $2.5 million. The most notable element of the house, which was featured on her short-lived reality show Being Bobby Brown, is that it's entirely round. It also has soaring ceilings and beautiful natural light, but if you have a thing for angles, this house won't do. According to the listing, it was built in 1992, while Real Estalker says Houston snapped up the mansion at the height of her fame in 1987. But regardless, it looks pretty '80s to me! I do like her Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired glass panes, but the vertical blinds, peach-colored décor, and drapey window valances are beyond tacky. Take a look at the photos, and tell me what you think when you read more.

i've always wanted a round house! i used to ask my dad if it was possible, and he said yes but because everything would have to be custom made it would be very expensive!! like i wanted a round living room and round kitchen and everything
i dreamt about it once...i can still picture it...it was like whitney's on a smaller scale
but i agree, whitney's looks 80s to me, as well. my dream house was a lot darker, lots of browns, it felt cozy...this is very spacious and very beige
1I don't think it looks that appealing. And I didn't see that Being Bobby Brown show.
2When I hear the name "Whitney Houston" the first things that come to my mind are drug abuse and an unhappy marriage.
The house looks spacious but somehow too staged. It doesn't looks like a home, to me anyway.
3I LOVE this house. There are a few things I'd change (goodbye, drapey window valences), but for the most part, I'll take it as it is. Spacious, simple, sparse... modern without being cold... I'm obsessed.
4I used to live five minutes from Mendham, NJ! Central Jersey FTW!
5Yes, the decor is dated and uninteresting but calling it "beyond tacky" is way over the top.
6The house is nice. I'm not too crazy about the decor
