At my house, I often pile coffee table books, magazines, and decorative objects on my coffee table. Of course, I try to keep it tidy through the use of trays, but sometimes the number of things on my coffee table gets a little overwhelming. While I admire the minimalist look, it's just not my style. What's yours?

You need to add the option: My coffee table is buried by tons of stuff.
I use the living room as my home office and it's constantly covered with paperwork. I wish I could take one of the two options.
1Minimalist. It's the style of my entire residence. I like the simple, Zen-like quality.
2I don't like a lot of clutter on mine. I have a small bamboo plant on one of the tables. It looks nice enough there to be left alone.
3It's impossible to keep our coffee table 'clean' because when I cleaned it up, our son will build his train tracks on it or he'll treat it like another place to play 'jump' on.
But yeah, I used to keep it really minimalist.
4everything ends up on my coffee table,the only thing minial about me is the thought of being minial.
