Summer Party Decorations

I'm planning a Summer-themed house party to kick off the season and to celebrate a friend's birthday, so I've been looking for decorating inspiration. I tend to go overboard with the appetizers and drinks that I serve at my parties, so it's important that my decorations be affordable and easy to create.
