I just read that Scott Baio's 1960s four-bedroom, five-bath Encino, CA, home is on the market for just under $3 million. While the overall style is too midcentury for my tastes, I do love his funky living room! The basic structure, with hanging screens and a ranch-style layout, is quite retro.
