Before it's time to dye your Easter eggs, there are two routes you can take to make sure they don't spoil on the holiday: hardboiling them or blowing out the innards. Hardboiling is easy-peasy, but they can have cracks and do eventually spoil. Blowing out eggs is a more time-consuming task that makes for very delicate egs. But they will have a perfect shell, and you can save them for years. What's your preferred method?
