Poll on Number of Floor Levels in Home

There are two steps in our house, and those are on the porch. Otherwise, our 1920s bungalow is a one-level affair. I can't say that I mind. I once lived in a turn-of-the-century farmhouse that featured a cramped, steep staircase that led to my bedroom. This meant that bleary-eyed midnight trips to fetch a glass of water often had me tripping on the stairs. Not fun! I have to say, though, that I wouldn't mind a multilevel home if it was as gorgeous as the one featured in this photo.
