Here's a post from CasaSugar Community member MissyG1 from the Su Casa group:

This was the living room in my former home; walking into it always made me smile! This was my pastel and floral phase! I covered the ottoman with a brown zebra fabric and the pillows in a vintage-inspired, brown floral by Jennifer Paganelli of Sis Boom. I made the other pillows as well. You can't see it, but there is an armchair covered in a sweet pink velvet, too. With the fresh peonies and pops of turquoise, it looked glorious on a daily basis! I love the large white tray, which contrasts wonderfully with all of the color!

Thanks for the note! No, I LOVE my new home. You're right about the translation...the new space doesn't lend itself the same way...but it's all good! :)

This was the living room in my former home - walking into it always made me smile! Are you saying that you don't feel the same way about your living room? Sometimes when you move, the rooms themselves don't necessary translate into the new place. Hope all is well!
