Orlando Bloom's $5M Loft Screams Single Dude

Jun 23 2014 - 12:19pm

Taylor Swift [1] and Orlando Bloom [2] now have more in common than being single: their NYC address. Bloom, the once-husband to model Miranda Kerr [3], recently snatched up a $4.875 million loft in Tribeca's coveted Sugarloaf Condominium [4]. Honestly, the three-bedroom, 2,452-square-foot pad is quite underwhelming. Sure, it has cast-iron columns and wood-beamed ceilings, but it's nothing like Ashton Kutcher's former bachelor pad [5] or Leonardo DiCaprio's Palm Springs manse [6]. The potential is there — all that exposed brick is to die for — but for now, it looks like the typical, average, ordinary bachelor pad. Don't you agree?
