This place has many architectural features, that could be used or displayed in a unique and interesting manor. Over all I just don't see Oprah's style and personality. It's pretty dull and generic. I'm speaking from a designers point of view, in it's present state, It lacks real beauty and energy to inspire and generate comfort and style. It requires a lot of updating, so in closing, I would only pay 7M for it and use 7M to update and remodel. Diane Osborne

14 million dollars and up is way!! too much money for an apartment, townhome or condo $5 million dollars tops for any one of them. The housing market is over inflated by 30% of the true dollar amount. Must be careful so that the terrorists can not receive 10 million dollars from a 14 million dollar deal any more and yes this is another money trail. ENFORCEMENT!
