Nick Lachey Lists Bel Air Manse For Second Time

Last year, Nick Lachey withdrew his house from the Bel Air real estate market for sentimental reasons, according to Zillow. Listing agent Mauricio Umansky of Hilton & Hyland reports that Lachey wasn't ready to give up the house, which he'd purchased from Seal and Heidi Klum in 2005 for $5 million.

“It was on the market for two months and he ended up getting multiple good offers, but he decided it was a bit too early,” said Umansky.
