. . . would you put this set of four 1940s Faux Coral Branches ($8,750) in your home? Coral was very trendy about two years ago, but it still has a hold on some of you. So, I can see swooping these up. On the other hand, it's kind of a high price tag to spend on faux coral (they're made of wood). What do you say?

No way.
I would, if funds were unlimited.
I don't get the appeal. These in particular look like spray-painted twigs on pepper grinders.
They're so tacky and overpriced. I could probably make those as a d-i-y project!
i like the coral, but the base is ugly. so i guess if i had unlimited funds i would insist on a different base
. this would be cool in my (if money were no object) hallway where my 10,000 gallon salt water aquarium is on one wall
I'd only buy them if someone gave me $8750 and said, "Buy the most overpriced and tacky thing you can find".
i don't like these one bit!
The bases are truly fug
I like coral on clothing/accessories (for example, target has some really cute purses out with a coral motif right now), but I'm not a huge fan of it in home decor.
Seriously? How about spray painting a real branch? Total cost $5. Ta da!
finzup and yesjess- So right on! peppergrinders
Those are awful and i wouldn't pay 25 cents for them at a yard sale
I don't like those at all. How scary would the shadows of those be at night?
