I really loathe mirrored medicine cabinets, especially when they are located on a side wall. No one would ever really use this for a mirror because of its awkward placement. But it's not a detail that I would sweat enough to run out and buy a different style or spend the time to cover the hole. My quick & stylish fix cost me just $6. I agree that side mirrors are often hard to use, and I think the etching here looks amazing. It really turns it from something awkward to something eyecatching. Nice work. :)

Actually, I do use the mirror on medicine cabinets. I wouldn't say "no one would ever." However, those of us who do use the mirror are those poor souls whose eyesight is so bad that when our glasses are off, we cannot see ourselves in the mirror across the counter without leaning allll the way over, which is far more awkward than the medicine cabinet mirror. But hey, blind people don't count.
